FidgetLab is designed with privacy in mind. We believe you should be able to enjoy our fidget toys without compromising your personal information.

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally

FidgetLab stores the following information locally on your device:

  • Usage Statistics: Time spent fidgeting, interaction counts, and session data to show you your personal stats
  • Preferences: Your customization choices, favorite toys, and app settings
  • Progress Data: Achievements, streaks, and unlocked content

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Personal identification information (name, email, address)
  • Location data
  • Contact information
  • Health or fitness data
  • Browsing history
  • Any data from other apps on your device

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your preferences and progress will be synced across your Apple devices using your iCloud account. This data is:

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Stored in your personal iCloud account
  • Subject to Apple's privacy policy
  • Not accessible by FidgetLab developers

You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings.

Subscriptions and Purchases

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple handles all payment processing and provides us only with:

  • Confirmation of purchase (anonymous transaction ID)
  • Subscription status (active/expired)

Analytics

FidgetLab does not use any third-party analytics services. We do not track your behavior, collect crash reports, or monitor app usage remotely.

If you choose to share analytics with Apple (via your device settings), Apple may collect anonymized usage data. This is controlled by your device settings, not by FidgetLab.

Third-Party Services

FidgetLab does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. We do not use:

  • Advertising networks
  • Third-party analytics
  • Social media tracking
  • Data brokers or marketing services

Children's Privacy

FidgetLab is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. The app does not require account creation, does not connect to the internet for functionality, and does not display advertisements.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it:

  • Delete app data: Uninstalling FidgetLab removes all associated data from your device
  • Reset statistics: Use the "Reset Stats" option in Settings to clear your usage data
  • Clear iCloud data: You can delete iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, traditional data rights (access, correction, deletion) are handled directly on your device. You have full control over all your FidgetLab data through the app and your device settings.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
